What is E-Ticketing?
E-ticketing is a new feature specifically designed for you to ensure quick and easy digital access to your tickets allowing ticket holders:
- Contactless entry by displaying your tickets on your smartphone
- 24/7 access to your tickets
- Less worry about lost, stolen or misplaced tickets
- To go green! Save on ink and paper
How Do E-Tickets Work?
Once the box office notifies you that your tickets have been seated and confirmed, you will be able to access on www.attpac.org by selecting the button. Once logged into our website, you will see all your tickets in date order displayed on the My Account screen.
Show My Tickets:
To access your tickets, simply click on the button below the event you are attending. Click on the button and your tickets will appear for scanning at entry.
If you are part of a group, please make sure everyone enters the venue together to prevent entry delays. If you are unable to arrive together, please share tickets to your guests individually before the event (see text and email options below).
Text My Tickets:
To access your tickets or share, simply click on the button below the event you are attending. Click on the button, select the checkbox next to the tickets you want to receive, enter a valid phone number and click the button. Once you receive your tickets, present your tickets for scanning at entry.
E-mail My Tickets:
To access your tickets or share, simply click on the button below the event you are attending. Click on the button, select the checkbox next to the tickets you want to receive, enter a valid email address and click the button. Once you receive your tickets, present your tickets for scanning at entry.
To access your tickets or share, simply click on the button below the event you are attending. Click on the button and click on the icon next to the tickets you want to download. Once you save your tickets to your Apple Wallet on your mobile Apple device, present your tickets for scanning at entry.
I’M A SUBSCRIBER. HOW DO I EXCHANGE TICKETS?
The ability to exchange tickets when a conflict arises is an exclusives season ticket-holder benefit. To request an exchange, confirm availability and pricing, please call the box office at 24-880-0202. Your exchanged tickets will be accessible in your account immediately after your exchange transaction is completed by the box office.
I’M USED TO PAPER TICKETS. I’M NOT TECH SAVVY. CAN YOU HELP?
Yes! Please contact the box office at (214) 880-0202 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We are available to help you log into our website, access your account and guide you through the e-ticketing process. It’s easy and you’ll love it!
CAN I SHARE MY TICKETS WITH A GUEST?
To send tickets to a guest you’ll need to input their contact information for the email or text option and select which tickets on your order will be sent to them. Your guest will receive an email or text message with the tickets attached for scanning at entry.
I’M CONCERNED MY GUESTS WILL HAVE SCANNING ISSUES. HOW DO I PREVENT ENTRY ISSUES/DELAYS FOR EVENT ENTRY?
If tickets need to be divided amongst a group, please send individual tickets to each guest separately. When sharing tickets:
- Please take note of which seat you’re sending to which guest
- Ensure you are entering the correct/valid phone number or email address when sharing tickets
- Do not send duplicates of the same seat
- Protect your e-tickets like you would any other paper ticket.
IS GOOGLE PAY AVAILABLE FOR ANDROID USERS?
At this time, Google Pay is not available for android users.
I DON’T HAVE A SMARTPHONE? WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you do not have access to a smartphone, please contact the box office at (214) 880-0202 or email@example.com.
CAN I PRINT MY E-TICKET OR ORDER CONFIRMATION FOR ENTRY?
No! E-tickets will not display or scan properly. If you arrive to the venue with a printed e-ticket or order confirmation, you will be directed to the box office for assistance, which could result in delays.
I JUST PURCHASED TICKETS BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Order confirmation delivery time can vary depending on your order. If you have not received a confirmation email within 10 minutes of your purchase, please contact the box office at 214-880-0202.
WHY CAN’T I SEE MY TICKETS IN MY ACCOUNT ONLINE?
If you are logged into your account and don’t see your event listed under “My Upcoming Events”, please contact the box office at 214.880.0202.
WHY ARE SOME OF MY UPCOMING EVENTS MISSING THE “MANAGE TICKETS” BUTTON?
If you have an event in your account, but the button is not appearing below, this means the tickets have not yet been printed by the box office. On occasion, the box office may delay printing. Please call the box office at 214-880-0202 for details regarding your order.
HOW CAN I ENSURE MY TICKETS WILL SCAN AT THE DOOR?
Before entering the venue, have your tickets displayed on the screen and be sure the brightness of your phone display is turned up!
WHEN SHOULD I ACCESS MY E-TICKETS?
To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend accessing your tickets before entering the venue.
In addition to the unique barcode/QR code, which will be scanned at the door, your e-ticket also has important seating information including section, row, and seat number. After the entry scan, be prepared to show your e-ticket to an usher who will direct you to your seat.
CAN I USE A SCREENSHOT OF MY TICKETS?
No. To reduce fraud and counterfeiting, screenshots of your e-ticket or pictures of a barcode/QR code will not be valid for entry.
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE TICKETS ON ONE PHONE?
Yes. Once you select your show, you will be able to swipe left or right to see your available tickets.
DO I HAVE TO SHARE MY TICKETS WITH EACH ATTENDEE IN MY GROUP IF WE ARE ARRIVING TOGETHER?
No! If you are arriving as a group, simply pull up all of the tickets on your device and the entire order will be scanned at once, permitting access to the entire group.
WHAT IF MY ENTIRE PARTY ISN’T WITH ME WHEN I’M READY TO ENTER THE VENUE?
You can easily send each member their ticket individually so they can enter at their convenience. By using the “Email My Tickets” or “Text my Tickets” feature when you login to your account on www.attpac.org, your tickets can be sent directly to them via their email address or phone number. We highly suggest sharing tickets in advance of the performance. This will ensure you and your guests are able to be seated on time.
WHAT IF MY MOBILE DEVICE BATTERY DIES?
We encourage you to charge your device before you come to the theatre, but you may always go to the box office for assistance.
WHAT IF I BOUGHT A TICKET BEFORE E-TICKETING WAS IMPLEMENTED?
You don’t need to do anything! We have already converted your existing tickets to e-tickets and you can access from your account online. Simply log in and select the manage tickets button!
Your upcoming events will be available and up-to-date on the AT&T Performing Arts Center website even if your tickets have been exchanged or if a different delivery method was previously selected.
WHAT IF I NEED HELP ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW? BROKEN DEVICE? BATTERY ISSUES?
Simply stop by the Box Office and we will assist you at no charge.
CAN I CANCEL A TICKET THAT I SHARED WITH A GUEST? SENT TO WRONG PHONE NUMBER/EMAIL ADDRESS?
If you shared a ticket that you need to retract or sent to a wrong phone number or address in error, please contact the box office at 214-880-0202.
Performance Day Tips
Prior to arriving to the event, here are ways to speed up your event day entry:
- Access your tickets through My Account page at least 24 hours prior to the event.
- Download and save your tickets to your Apple Wallet, text or email your tickets to yourself.
- Make sure your phone is fully charged.
- Have your ticket ready to be scanned before entering the venue.
- Send each guest their own individual ticket if the party is arriving separately.
