Clover The Violinist is an artist who’s redefining the boundaries of classical music. With over two decades of musical expertise, Clover seamlessly blends the traditional sounds of the violin with a contemporary twist. Her innovative approach has made her a sought-after performer, gracing stages and captivating audiences across the US and beyond.
In her earlier years, Clover explored a variety of musical instruments, and began with piano and violin lessons at 9 years old. This would be the start of a journey that would later earn her a scholarship to attend a prominent Florida preparatory school, and see her competing musically at the state level. Her early infatuation for classical concertos and serenading audiences would ultimately ignite a lifelong devotion for music.
Unfortunately, giving such commitment early on would cause burnout to soon creep in. While attending college at Fordham University in New York City, Clover ultimately decided to take a hiatus from playing, redirecting her focus to earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology, and exploring a more traditional profession in the legal field.
In the end, music called her back, and after moving to Dallas in 2015, the artist began to set her sights on open mic events with the simple desire to reignite her creative expression. Clover would later go on to work as Orchestra Director for 3 years, teaching 6-12th grade students at a Garland-based charter school while continuing to perform. Shortly thereafter, Clover found herself in a position to finally pursue her passion for music full-time.
Clover’s diverse musical influences range from hip-hop to R&B, pop, EDM, and even afrobeats, making her the perfect choice for any event or experience looking to add a touch of sophistication with a modern flair. She’s had the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of brands and organizations such as AT&T, BMW, and Dallas City Hall, to name a few, and has been a featured performer at prestigious events including the 2022 Obelisk Awards and the 2022 Best of Black Dallas Awards.
It’s not just Clover’s musical prowess that sets her apart. Her mission is to create a true connection with her audiences, using her talents to not only entertain, but also heal. She’s partnered with fitness studios including TruFusion and Dallas Fitness Ambassadors, bringing her soothing sounds to yoga classes and offering sound healing sessions.
Clover’s passion for music extends beyond performance, and her goal remains the same – to deliver breathtaking experiences that leave a lasting impression on all who hear her.
