B. MOORE DANCE is taking the stage in Strauss Square with the Elevator Project world premiere of ROOTED: Envisage Dance Installations. It’s among the first performances at the AT&T Performing Arts Center as we safely reopen our stages for live, in-person performances!
ROOTED is specifically set for the Strauss Square stage and replaces the previously scheduled production of The Neglected Heart of Soul: An Ode to Donny Hathaway in Hamon Hall.
This exciting new production is in our outdoor venue with reduced-capacity, socially-distanced seating so everyone can safely stretch out on the lawn and enjoy this performance under the stars in the Dallas Arts District.
We will be utilizing our new COVID-19 safety procedures to help protect our patrons, artists and staff while allowing everyone to once again enjoy a live, in-person performance experience!
Ticket Holders: Protective face masks are required. Please review the COVID-19 Safety procedures here and the venue policies here.
Your support of B. MOORE DANCE, the Elevator Project and the AT&T Performing Arts Center is greatly appreciated, especially at this critical time!
ABOUT THE SHOW
ROOTED: Envisage Dance Installations, presented by B. MOORE DANCE draws inspiration from the repertoire created and curated by Founder/Artistic Director, Bridget L. Moore. During a time where performance art is most vital, Moore presents imaginative statement pieces that build on concepts of connectivity. These works challenge artistic practices by reimagining, rebuilding, and reinstalling works that were made in the past to reflect the present, and the Global World as it reopens for the future.
