2nd Annual Dallas Yoga and Fitness Festival Presented by Topo Chico

Join us for AT&T Performing Arts Center’s 2nd Annual Dallas Yoga and Fitness Festival Presented by Topo Chico on Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 9am – 1pm.

This festival celebrates being active in all forms with a day full of over 40 health and fitness classes spread across AT&T Performing Arts Center’s campus. With the purchase of a Yoga and Fitness Festival ticket, patrons can participate in 4 classes and receive a swag bag full of healthy goodies. Classes are 45 minutes beginning every hour at 9:00 a.m. and include Pilates, meditations, dance cardio, deep stretch yoga, flow yoga, and more.

Festival tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the door. All proceeds will benefit the Center’s education and community engagement programs. These programs allow the Center to provide students, families, and lifelong learners with opportunities to experience the performing arts.

Attention parents! This is a family-friendly event. If you purchase a festival ticket for yourself, you can now bring one child age 7-12 to the festival for free. The festival schedule features an assortment of family and kid-friendly classes throughout the day including Family Yoga, Children’s Ballet and Creative Movement, Glow Dance Party and more. Bring your child with you to registration the day of the event to receive an extra wristband. No unaccompanied minors allowed.

The festival will happen rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, a smaller selection of classes will be offered throughout the Winspear Opera House.

Attendees are encouraged to wear athletic style clothing and tennis shoes and to bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.

Classes with limited space are first come-first served.
