How do I access my Broadway at the Center series season tickets?

E-tickets for AT&T Performing Arts Center presented shows (Legally Blonde, On Your Feet!, Anastasia and Fiddler on the Roof) will be available in the My Upcoming Events section of your account beginning in October. You will receive an email when tickets are released.

How do I access my priority access add on show tickets for productions presented by Broadway Dallas and Dallas Theater Center?

E-tickets for the Broadway Dallas presented productions (Six & Tootsie) and Dallas Theater Center presented production (Into the Woods) will be available at a later date and accessible through each presenting organization’s e-ticket management portal. You will receive an email when tickets are released as well as Instructions on how to access tickets at a later date.

I am not familiar with e-tickets or how to access my tickets online. Can you help?

What is the season ticket holder exchange policy?

Legally Blonde, On Your Feet!, Anastasia and Fiddler on the Roof – Presented by AT&T Performing Arts Center

Ticket exchanges are subject to availability and may be requested by contacting the AT&T Performing Arts Center box office once season tickets are released. All exchanges must be made over the phone at least 24 hours prior to your performance. Ticket exchanges may incur a price difference due to show date, seating section, or ticket pricing, that is due at the time of the exchange. No refunds will be given for exchanges to a lower-priced show or seating section.

Six and Tootsie – Presented by Broadway Dallas

Ticket exchanges are subject to availability and may be requested by contacting the AT&T Performing Arts Center box office once season tickets are released. All exchanges must be made over the phone before the deadline below, subject to change:

Six Exchange Deadline: 9/2/22
Tootsie Exchange Deadline: 11/23/22

All exchanges must be made over the phone before March 7, 2023; subject to change. Ticket exchanges may incur a price difference due to show date, seating section, or ticket pricing, that is due at the time of the exchange. No refunds will be given for exchanges to a lower-priced show or seating section.

What is the Broadway at the Center series season ticket holder show swap benefit?

As a season ticket holder, you may exchange tickets from one production to another within the 2022-2023 Broadway at the Center season for AT&T Performing Arts Center presented shows (Legally Blonde, On Your Feet!, Anastasia and Fiddler on the Roof). This benefit does not extend to add on shows presented by Broadway Dallas (Six & Tootsie) or Dallas Theater Center (Into the Woods).

When can I purchase additional Broadway at the Center single tickets near my seats?

Season ticket holders will be able to purchase additional tickets to AT&T Performing Arts Center presented shows (Legally Blonde, On Your Feet!, Anastasia and Fiddler on the Roof) prior to the general public during a season ticket holder priority pre-sale period. You will be notified by email when your pre-sale period starts later this year.

Can I pre-purchase self-parking or valet parking?

Parking is based on availability and may be purchased online here up to 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours before the show, please call the box office at 214-880-0202 to check availability.

I cannot attend my performance. Can I get a refund?

Sorry, there are no refunds. All ticket sales are final. You do have a couple of options though!

  • You can offer tickets to a friend. Tickets make fantastic gifts! E-tickets may be transferred and sent directly to your friends through your online account.
  • You may also donate your tickets to the Center for resale. Ticket donation must be made at least 24 hours before the performance and may not be made after the performance under any circumstance. Your donation may be tax- deductible and supports the Center’s community and educational programs.

Does the Center have assistive listening devices?

Yes, Assistive listening Devices are available at Guest Services. There is no charge for the devices, but a photo ID is required.
