Cost is dependent on your event needs. Creating an estimate requires knowing your timeline, complete technical needs and desired services. Please submit a rental request form for Private Rental or Ticketed Rental for more information.

Our rentals include access to our space, tables and chairs designated to that space, and basic lighting and audio needs. Please contact us for a detailed estimate.

The Center offers underground, on-site, valet and self-parking options during performance times. Daily parking also is available during non-event times. The Lexus Red parking lot (Waze | Google Maps) is beneath the Winspear Opera House, and the Lexus Silver parking lot (Waze | Google Maps) is beneath Moody Performance Hall. Both are accessible from Jack Evans Street on the east end of the Dallas Arts District.

You are welcome to bring your own furniture and décor in order to achieve your vision for the event. An event manager will be assigned to your event and can assist with vendor deliveries.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Open flames
  • Helium Balloons
  • Adhesive tape on floor or glass

G Texas Catering is our exclusive catering service provider. The Center’s rental team will ensure a seamless connection and process. Outside food and beverage is prohibited.

Our outdoor spaces are open to the public and you are welcome to record, as long as it does not impede the enjoyment of the space from others. For information and pricing on photography and videography rentals, contact us at rentals@attpac.org.
