Body Sculpt: Our original total body, dumbbell resistance training and cardio interval class. We focus on one major muscle group at a time and then spike your heart rate with the cardio bursts and total body power exercises. Build lean muscle mass and burn body fat while enjoying upbeat music and a rockstar instructor. Bring a yoga mat.
Dance Club Cardio: High-energy, empowering and fun dance fitness class that feels like a PARTY! Featuring continuous dance routines choreographed to different genres of music that will have you shaking, twerking and sweating! All levels welcomed in this format, rooted in positivity and motivation, and aims to free the mind, move the body and feed the soul.
GRIT-lates: Full-body strength and toning work with a focus on mat Pilates exercises. Bring a yoga mat!
Power Tower: Transform your body with compound functional strength exercises. This low impact workout consists of 7 focused strength exercises executed for 30 seconds each to build a “Power Tower.” We work our way up the tower in the first half of class. Perform 2 minutes of core work at the top of the tower, and then work our way back down. Expect total body burn and an energetic strength challenge! Bring a yoga mat.
