In honor of Dallas Arts Month, join us on Saturday mornings in April for a month long celebration of dance. Broaden your horizons and learn about different styles of dance from a special lineup of guest instructors representing some of the most dynamic and culturally diverse performing arts companies in Dallas. These classes are free and open to the public.

Cumbia with Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklorico
Join Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklorico in celebrating the upcoming birthday of Selena Quintanilla with this beginner Selena theme cumbia class! Learn basic cumbia steps and rhythms set to your favorite Selena songs. Bring a partner or come with friends, this is an open level class for all ages. Beginner Dunham with Nycole Ray
Dunham Technique is a vibrant dance form that engages the body, mind and spirit! Created by dance pioneer Katherine Dunham, the technique is informed by the traditional dances of the African Diaspora, as well as by modern and ballet.
