Master Class with BODYTRAFFIC

October 26. 10:30AM-12PM. TITAS/DANCE UNBOUND presents a FREE Contemporary Master Class with BODYTRAFFIC. Company members will teach Countertechnique, a movement technique that allows dancers to work with ever changing dynamic balance. Within a clear structure of exercises, Countertechnique classes thoroughly prepare the body for rehearsal and performance, enabling dancers to move bigger, more fluidly, and more spatially, while becoming stronger and more flexible. All levels ages 12 and up. Students should be prepared for a rigorous, invigorating class. Walk ups welcome!
