Alex More has a story to tell

A struggling actor in L.A., Alex takes a job working in the Malibu basement of Barbra Streisand. One day, the Lady Herself comes downstairs to play. It feels like real bonding in the basement, but will their relationship ever make it upstairs?

Best known for his role in the TV series Ugly Betty, Dallas native Michael Urie has already received a long list of awards for his role as Alex More in Buyer & Cellar, including the Drama Desk Award, Clarence Derwent Award, and nominations for the Drama League and Outer Critics Circle awards. The production, now on its way to Flora Street, also earned the 2014 Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Solo Show.
