Hamon Hall Named for Civic and Cultural Philanthropist

DALLAS – July 30, 2011

The leadership at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas is mourning the passing of arts patron and philanthropist Nancy Blackburn Hamon, who died at 92.

“Her tremendous generosity helped make this Center- this gift to the city of Dallas – a reality,” said D. Roger Nanney, Chairman of the AT&T Performing Arts Center Board of Directors. “Her great passion for the arts certainly has had a lasting impact on this city.”
