AT&T Performing Arts Center

Open Stages

NOTE: All programs are virtual at this time. See our current virtual offerings HERE.

Open Stages provides North Texas high school students with opportunities to attend high-caliber performances at the Center’s premier venues. For many students, this is their first time experiencing a live professional performance. In addition to seeing a show, students attend preshow workshops taught by local teaching artists. These workshops touch upon specific themes of the show, allowing the students to gain a holistic understanding of the performance they are about to see.

Open Stages is generously supported by the Neiman Marcus Performing Arts Education Endowment, Bank of America, The Craig and Kathryn Hall Foundation, Turning Point Foundation, Texas Commission on the Arts, W.P. & Bulah Luse Foundation, Fichtenbaum Charitable Trust, Sammons Enterprises, Inc. and individual contributions to the Center’s annual fund.
