With our excellent customer service and state-of-the-art industry technology, the Center’s Ticket Services Department provides quality event ticketing for any type of occasion.
The Ticket Services Department is the exclusive sales outlet for all events at the Center and has ticketed more than 1500 events at venues throughout North Texas since opening in 2009; from Broadway shows, outdoor festivals, lectures, fundraising galas and anything in between. Past clients include Vogel Alcove Childcare Center for the Homeless, CitySquare, Pegasus Theatre, TEDx Events and many more.
Ticketing staff undergo an extensive technical and customer service training course. Supervisory staff receive continuing training through the annual Tessitura Learning and Community Conferences and the International Ticketing Association (INTIX).
Our walk up sales outlets and call center are open extended hours seven days a week, including several holidays, while both desktop and mobile websites operate 24/7!
