Group Sales Policy

The Group Sales Team wants to make reserving tickets as easy as possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 214-978-2879 or groups@attpac.org. The Group Sales department is available Monday through Friday, 10AM to 5 PM.

Group Minimum

Group orders consist of a minimum of 10 tickets for Center Presents and TITAS events and a minimum of 15 tickets for the Center Presents Broadway Series.

Booking an order

All group orders must be made during the Group Sales hours of operation. A minimum head-count is required at the time of reservation on which the deposit will be based. Any reductions to the seat counts must be made before the final payment. An increase in seat count can be made up to the day of the show during the Group Sales operating hours and are based on availability.

Service Fees

A one-time $15 Group Fee is required per order. Per ticket handling fees incurred with all single ticket purchases are waived for Groups.

Flexible Payment Policy

We require a 10% non-refundable deposit, which is due two weeks after the date of reservation. The final balance is due four weeks prior to the performance date. In the case of booking less than four weeks prior to the show date, full payment is due at the time of the order.

Acceptable forms of payment are checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Please make checks payable to AT&T Performing Arts Center and mail to the AT&T Performing Arts Center, Attn: Group Sales, 700 N Pearl St, Ste. N1800, Dallas, TX 75201.

Please Note: We can only accept up to three installments to pay off a Group order balance.

Programs, artists and prices are subject to change. Paid orders are non-refundable and exchanges are left to the discretion of group sales management. Management reserves all rights.
