Parking Information

The AT&T Performing Arts Center offers secure, on-site, underground parking located directly below the Center in Lexus Red Parking. Lexus drivers have access to Lexus priority parking on Level 1 of Lexus Red Parking. Parking may be purchased in advance.

Additional convenient parking is available throughout the Dallas Arts District. Lexus Silver Parking coming soon.

The AT&T Performing Arts Center offers secure, on-site valet and self parking options during performance times.  The Centers parking is located directly below the Winspear Opera House within the Lexus Red Parking Structure.   
 
Event parking is available to all guests at the following rates:
 
                Valet Parking – P1 Level - $25
                Lexus Priority Self Park* – P1 Level - $15
                Self Parking – P2 & P3 Levels - $15
                Handicap Parking – Designates Spaces & any Undesignated Spaces –P2 & P3 Levels -$15
 
*The first 50 Lexus drivers who park with the Lexus Red Parking Structure during performance times have access to the Lexus Priority Parking area located on the P1 Level of the Lexus Red Parking Structure.  (Rates still apply)*
 
Designated Handicap Parking – handicap parking spaces are located on P2 & P3 Levels adjacent to the elevator/escalator lobbies.  These spaces are on a first come first serve basis.
 
Box Office Parking – parking is available within the Lexus Red Parking Structure for those that need to run in and purchase tickets or pick up your tickets before your show.  The first 30 minutes is free after that the parking rate is $5 during non-performance times.
 
Will Call Parking/Lost Parking Pass - During performance times a list of all those who have pre-purchased parking for that performance is located within the Lexus Red Parking Structure where patrons can check with the parking attendants to verify their purchase of parking for that performance
 
Non-Performance Parking - The Lexus Red Parking Structure is also open during non-performance times.  The Daily Rate for non-performance parking is $5 with no in and out privileges.  The garage is fully automated and payments can be made as you leave at either of the pay stations located on P1 or P2 Levels – the pay stations accept cash or credit.  For those that wish to pay within the exit lane, our exit stations only accept credit cards.  (You must have your ticket with you at the time of exit to process payment.)
