Dallas Black Dance Theatre 2017-18 Full Season

As we explore the path of Uncharted Territory, there is a surge of anticipation and enthusiasm to expect the unexpected. I am so thrilled to announce the 2017-2018 season. These programs will be filled with generations of dynamic choreographers and guest artists. Each have created choreographic works that are thought-provoking, powerful, enticing, invigorating and engaging. Dallas Theater Center 2017-2018 5-Play Season

DTC’s 2017-2018 season includes the tegional premiere of Mary Shelley’s terrifying and heartbreaking classic, Frankenstein; The Great Society, the sequel to last season’s smash hit All the Way; the world premiere of The Trials of Sam Houston, which sheds an exhilarating new light on our colorful Texas history; a new comic-drama, Fade, about two Mexican Americans who connect behind-the-scenes in contemporary Hollywood; and White Rabbit Red Rabbit, the lively global sensation that no one is allowed to talk about.
