Friends of the Center named among DISD's Top 100 Teachers

The Dallas Independent School District has released their 2015 Top 100 Teachers list and named some friends of the Center among the honorees. Thomas Jefferson High School’s Rachel Harrah not only appears on this list, but also received DISD’s top honors as one of four Teachers of the Year. Rachel and her students participate in our Open Stages program, as does Woodrow Wilson High School’s Lisa King, another Top 100 award recipient. Also appearing on the list are Carolyn Reitz and James Clark from our neighboring Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. We’re honored to have such outstanding teachers as partners and friends and grateful for their continued support of performing arts education.
